For the spring term of 2015, Hev is running a regular workshop from 3-5pm at Crisis Newcastle entitled “Behind The Headlines”. The sessions involve group discussion and debate on current news items, news from the past and various themes that affect people from the media. Sessions so far have looked at topics including photographic alterations and mis-titling, the Charlie Hebdo situation and media bias. These pages are for use during the sessions and include useful links for the session.
